1. Shipping Locations

We currently offer shipping across India. For international shipping, please contact us at [support@riwaayatjewellery.com] before placing your order to confirm availability and delivery charges.


2. Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days.
Customized or made-to-order jewellery may require 7 to 14 business days for production before being shipped.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • For metro cities: 2 to 4 business days after dispatch

  • For other cities and towns: 4 to 7 business days

  • For remote or rural areas: 6 to 10 business days

Please note that these are estimated timelines, and actual delivery may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.


4. Shipping Charges

We offer free standard shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
A small shipping or handling fee may apply for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders based on your location.

For international orders, shipping charges will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with a tracking number and courier details. You can use this to track your package in real time through the courier’s website.


6. Packaging and Safety

Every piece from Riwaayat Jewellery is securely packed in tamper-proof and elegant packaging to ensure it reaches you safely. All items come with a certificate of authenticity and a tax invoice.


7. Delayed or Missing Deliveries

If your order is delayed beyond the expected timeframe or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 3 days. We will work with the courier partner to resolve the issue promptly.


8. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details, including name, address, pin code, and contact number. We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
