Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags, certificates, and invoices intact.
Personalized, customized, or engraved items are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.
Earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
